Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Electrical Harness Designer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Design and development of electrical wiring harnesses for vehicle electrification initiatives, covering both schematic and 3D design
Coordination of requirements, interfaces, and prototype builds across multiple development phases
Preparation and planning of electrical solutions for serial production
Close collaboration with cross-functional teams including design, workshop, production, and purchasing to ensure robust and production-ready solutions
Review and validation of electrical designs to ensure quality, compliance, and integration with vehicle systems
Contribution to continuous improvement of electrical design methods and ways of working

What you bring:

Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or equivalent practical experience
Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken, at a professional level
Experience in electrical system design for vehicles, preferably within VCA and/or VCB
Hands-on experience with CATIA V5, Enovia, SABER ESD, and OAS for design and review
Strong ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in cross-functional teams
Self-driven, structured, and resilient, with the ability to manage high workloads and complex assignments
Strong communication skills and fluency in English and Swedish
