Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior IT Service Manager to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for IT deliveries supporting Safety and Health within the People & Culture (HR IT) domain
  • Manage daily operations, support, and maintenance of the HR application portfolio, including second- and third-line support
  • Translate business needs and requirements into effective IT solutions in collaboration with solution architects and IT specialists
  • Represent IT in meetings with business stakeholders and ensure alignment between business and IT
  • Organize, lead, and facilitate stakeholder meetings and follow up on actions and decisions
  • Create, update, and maintain documentation to ensure compliance with IT processes, governance, and guidelines
  • Drive continuous improvements in IT service processes such as incident, problem, and change management to enhance customer experience
  • Support the transition from legacy applications to modern, globally aligned HR IT solutions

What you bring:

  • Proven experience in operational IT service delivery management with a strong focus on support and maintenance
  • Experience working with second- and/or third-line support in complex IT environments
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive, customer-oriented mindset
  • Demonstrated stakeholder and client management experience in large, global organizations
  • Ability to build trust and engage stakeholders at both operational and strategic levels
  • Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, system integrations, security concepts, and automation tools
  • Fluency in English and Swedish, both written and spoken
  • Experience working in a global context and familiarity with ServiceNow is an advantage
  • A structured, well-organized, and self-driven working style with strong collaboration skills
