Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Design, develop, and implement advanced solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365, with responsibility spanning both technical architecture and hands-on development
• Develop custom plugins, workflows, and backend logic using C# and .NET to extend and tailor Dynamics 365 functionality
• Build and maintain integrations using REST APIs, Azure Logic Apps, and Azure Functions in integration-intensive environments
• Leverage the Power Platform to create seamless interoperability between Dynamics 365, Power Automate, and related components
• Contribute to and influence solution architecture, customizations, and technical design decisions in line with best practices
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into robust, scalable technical solutions
• Lead and participate in technical workshops, design sessions, and solution briefings for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Ensure high quality, stability, performance, and scalability of delivered solutions, while proactively identifying and driving improvements
• Support ongoing development, optimization, and evolution of Dynamics 365 solutions, including occasional travel as required

What you bring:

• Several years of experience as a Dynamics 365 Developer, Engineer, or Solution Architect with end-to-end responsibility for solution design and implementation
• Deep technical expertise in C# and .NET, including development of custom plugins, workflows, and backend components in Dynamics 365
• Documented hands-on experience with the Power Platform and its integration with Dynamics 365
• Strong experience designing and implementing integrations using REST APIs, Azure Logic Apps, and Azure Functions
• Solid understanding of solution architecture principles and the ability to make informed technical design decisions based on best practices
• Proven experience working closely with business representatives to deliver sustainable, value-driven technical solutions
• Excellent communication skills, with experience leading workshops and technical discussions with diverse stakeholder groups
• Strong focus on quality, stability, performance, and scalability, with a proactive and improvement-oriented mindset
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
