Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Develop, operate, and continuously improve a scalable central CI system used by more than 1000 developers and suppliers
- Design, deploy, and maintain cloud infrastructure hosted on AWS to support high availability and performance
- Build and maintain CI pipelines using Zuul, including standard jobs written in Python and Ansible
- Monitor and analyze system performance metrics and proactively address stability and scalability issues
- Troubleshoot problems across the full stack, from cloud infrastructure and CI tooling to build and compilation errors
- Integrate new platforms, tools, and technologies into the CI/CD ecosystem
- Collaborate closely with development teams and suppliers to enable efficient, high-quality software delivery through automated testing
- Contribute to both short-term operational improvements and long-term technical vision of the CI platform
What you bring:
- Master of Science in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- Strong experience designing, deploying, and maintaining cloud infrastructure, preferably in AWS environments
- Solid expertise in software development using C/C++ and Python
- Hands-on experience with continuous integration tools and CI/CD workflows
- Good understanding of modern software development processes and lifecycle management
- Experience with DevOps practices and automation
- Familiarity with Zuul, Git/Gerrit, Ansible, Docker, and Linux environments
- Experience with embedded software development is an advantage
- Knowledge of Matlab, model-based development, Simulink or TargetLink is considered a plus
- Experience working in Agile environments and with issue tracking tools
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- A structured, analytical, and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to balance operational tasks with long-term system improvements
- Curiosity and interest in new tools, technologies, and ways of working
