ERP System Manager – Finance Applications (Dynamics AX / D365) - 15596

Assignment Description:

We are looking for an ERP System Manager for a hands-on operational role focused on stability and quality within financial systems.

What you will work on:

Manage and operate ERP and financial systems with focus on stability and performance
Handle incidents, support cases, and follow-up on problems and corrective actions
Plan, prioritize, and coordinate administrative and support activities
Coordinate and manage external suppliers and support providers
Support ERP transition from Dynamics AX to Dynamics 365 and ensure business continuity
Improve ITIL-based processes such as incident, problem, and change management
Proactively support monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial closing activities
Identify risks in financial and ERP flows and propose preventive measures

What you bring:

Several years of experience working with ERP and financial systems, especially Microsoft Dynamics AX and D365
Strong understanding of financial processes such as accounting, closing, invoicing, payments, and reconciliations
Experience working with ITIL-based support and operations processes
Proven experience coordinating support teams and supplier relationships
Good technical understanding of ERP platforms and system integrations
Strong communication and collaboration skills with business and IT stakeholders
Proactive, solution-oriented, and process-driven mindset
Ability to manage complex system landscapes and drive operational improvements
