Assignment Description

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager – Systems Integration & Agile Delivery

What You Will Work On

Drive and coordinate technical deliveries with strong focus on system integrations
Manage technical dependencies across multiple surrounding systems
Facilitate technical working sessions with vendors, architects, and business stakeholders
Support and enable agile ways of working in the team, including:
Sprint planning
Daily coordination
Follow-ups and progress tracking
Ensure technical readiness and incident handling ahead of pilot and rollout
Secure proper technical documentation for handover to operations and support
Act as link between business requirements, architecture, and development execution

What You Bring

Proven experience in technical project management within system development and implementation projects
Strong experience working with external vendors and delivery partners
Solid understanding of system integrations and technical dependencies
Hands-on experience with agile methodologies, preferably in Scrum Master–type roles
Ability to combine agile and traditional project methods pragmatically
Strong coordination, planning, and problem-solving skills
Structured, self-driven, and solution-oriented working style
Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English (spoken and written)
Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and collaboration platforms
Comfortable facilitating workshops and technical alignment meetings
