Assignment Description
We are seeking a proactive and well-organized temporary employee (Red Badge)
What you will work on
- Coordinate scheduling and logistics for meetings and activities with Cloud & AI technology partners
- Organize and support meetings with key Cloud & AI partner stakeholders
- Plan, coordinate, and execute internal and external events involving Cloud & AI partners and customers
- Provide administrative support for Cloud & AI deal-related activities
- Support Cloud & AI deal registration processes to ensure timely and accurate submissions
- Track and report on the top Cloud & AI business opportunities
- Maintain dashboards and records for Cloud & AI sales figures and related data
- Coordinate administrative work connected to Cloud & AI events and initiatives
- Drive event attendance and participation for Cloud & AI-focused events
- Ensure structured follow-up after events to maximize sales enablement outcomes
- Prepare agendas, meeting materials, and follow-up documentation
- Manage invitations, RSVPs, and attendee communications for Cloud & AI events
What you bring
- Experience in administrative support, project coordination, or a similar role
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience supporting events, sales activities, or partner programs
- Interest in or familiarity with Cloud and AI technologies and partner ecosystems
- High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
- Proactive, structured, and service-oriented working style
