Assignment Description

We are looking for a senior Lead Developer

What You Will Work On

  • Lead and execute the end-to-end development of a brand-new product
  • Work hands-on across backend, frontend, and cloud infrastructure
  • Own architecture design and key technical decisions
  • Build, test, and release features at high speed (“ship fast”)
  • Collaborate closely with founders and a small, dedicated product team
  • Integrate AI-assisted development as a core part of the workflow
  • Ensure the solution is production-ready and scalable for real users
  • Take full technical ownership from concept to launch

What You Bring

  • Extensive fullstack development experience, from idea to production
  • Proven track record of delivering live products in production environments
  • Strong expertise in architecture design and technical decision-making
  • Solid experience with cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS
  • Comfortable working in environments with high uncertainty and rapid change
  • Hands-on, established experience with AI-assisted development (mandatory)
  • Ability to take technical leadership and make independent decisions
