Assignment Description
We are looking for a Project Manager

What You Will Work On

Leading and driving projects with end-to-end responsibility for time, cost, and scope
Developing project plans covering objectives, strategy, resources, schedule, and risk management
Monitoring project progress and reporting milestones, deliverables, and deviations
Managing changes and risks throughout the project lifecycle
Escalating issues and decisions to management when required
Leading, motivating, and supporting the project team in day-to-day activities
Collaborating closely with program management and adjacent projects to ensure alignment
Ensuring project deliverables support the expected business benefits

What You Bring

At least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager or in similar leadership roles
Experience working in technical projects within industrial systems environments
Solid technical understanding relevant to industrial and engineering projects
Experience with GT packages, preferably with a focus on electrical systems (meriting)
Knowledge of mechanical systems and control systems (meriting)
Experience working in agile project environments and change-oriented organizations
Willingness and ability to work primarily on-site with the client
Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English
