Assignment Description
We are seeking a QML/Qt Developer for an automotive assignment focused on instrument clusters and critical driver functions. The role lies at the intersection of graphics, real-time systems, and functional safety, ideal for those passionate about modern vehicle user interfaces.
What You Will Work On
- Develop HMI and graphical interfaces for automotive instrument clusters
- Implement UI components using QML/Qt Quick
- Integrate QML frontend with C++ backend for seamless functionality
- Develop features such as speed, warnings, indicators, and driver information displays
- Optimize performance, startup times, and memory usage
- Perform debugging and testing in lab and vehicle environments
- Collaborate closely with UX, system, test, and function teams to ensure high quality, performance, and safety
What You Bring
- Strong experience with QML / Qt development
- Good knowledge of C++ and integration between UI and backend
- Experience with embedded systems, preferably Embedded Linux
- Understanding of HMI development in automotive environments
- Experience working in agile teams
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Experience with instrument clusters or infotainment systems
- Knowledge of automotive standards (e.g., ISO 26262)
- Experience with graphics stacks such as OpenGL or Vulkan
- Familiarity with CAN signals and automotive data
- Experience with CI/CD, Git, and automated testing
