Assignment Overview

We are seeking a Program Coordinator & Facilitator

What You Will Work On

Coordinate program activities, communication, and documentation
Plan, execute, and facilitate meetings and workshops
Ensure structure, transparency, and quality in decision materials, presentations, and shared ways of working
Support program leadership and a team of senior specialists (strategy, architecture, data, change management)
Drive program progress by creating alignment and supporting decision-making
Promote an inclusive and effective collaboration culture
Follow up on tasks, commitments, and deliverables to ensure execution
Simplify and communicate complex issues clearly to stakeholders

What You Bring

Structured, proactive, and able to create clarity even in complex, multi-task environments
Self-driven and accountable for driving work forward and ensuring follow-through
Clear, pedagogical, and effective communicator
Strong collaboration skills and confidence in leading meetings and dialogues toward decisions
Curious about Data & AI and interested in how emerging technologies can improve ways of working and business operations
Experience in coordinating programs or projects with multiple stakeholders (advantageous)
