Assignment Overview
Our customer in the healthcare sector, located in Kista, Stockholm, is seeking an IT Technician – First Line Support
What You Will Work On
- Troubleshoot and support IT-related issues for both hardware and software
- Manage tickets in the customer’s incident management system
- Install and configure computers, printers, and other IT equipment
- Provide end-user support in Microsoft 365 and other applications
- Create and maintain user documentation and instructions
- Collaborate with Second Line, Operations, and third-party vendors for escalated issues
- Help define routines and processes for efficient IT support
What You Bring
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
- Proactive, solutions-oriented, and driven
- Ability to work independently and in team settings
- Interest in developing within IT support and end-user services
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 and common IT hardware/software
