Assignment Overview

We are looking for an experienced Development Engineer within chemical production

What You Will Work On

Plan, implement, evaluate, and document pilot-scale trials.
Test products and production processes using new equipment in laboratory, pilot, and full-scale environments.
Support development and optimization of chemical manufacturing processes.up
Initiate and drive minor investment projects related to new equipment and production improvements.
Analyze results from trials and propose improvements to processes and operations.
Collaborate with production teams, engineers, and technical specialists.
Contribute to innovation and continuous improvement within manufacturing.
Work in both hands-on operational environments and analytical documentation tasks.

What You Bring

MSc in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Physics, or a related field.
At least 10 years of experience within the process industry.
Strong experience working in industrial production environments.
Ability and willingness to run hands-on pilot trials.
Comfortable balancing practical work and technical documentation.
Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Experience working with resin manufacturing is highly valuable.
Knowledge of process intensification is considered a strong advantage.
Self-driven, curious, and results-oriented mindset.
Ability to take initiative and work independently in complex environments.
Thrives in roles that combine operational and analytical responsibilities.
