We are looking for a Marketing & Communication Specialist to support the Medium Gas Turbine (MGT) aftermarket business
What You Will Work On
- Define and steer long-term strategic marketing plans in alignment with the CoC MGT strategy.
- Develop and lead messaging strategies for key global markets and segments.
- Create and maintain go-to-market concepts with sales, commercialization, and R&D teams.
- Benchmark marketing best practices across relevant industries and competitors.
- Ensure alignment with corporate communication and product line marketing on style guides, brand messaging, and tools.
- Explore and adopt automation and AI-supported marketing methods.
- Develop media assets such as videos, flyers, pop-ups, and customer stories.
- Support and coordinate user conferences, regional training, and event logistics.
- Manage content and documentation uploaded to portals, including approval workflows and fleet updates.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing across product lines and global marketing teams.
- Support internal and external communications for product launches and campaigns.
What You Bring
- Experience in marketing and communication, ideally within industrial or energy sectors.
- Ability to define and implement long-term marketing strategies.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills in Swedish and English.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including sales, product management, and R&D.
- Proficiency in content creation, campaign execution, and event coordination.
- Understanding of go-to-market strategies and aftermarket business needs.
- Ability to drive adoption of marketing tools, automation, and AI-supported processes.
- Structured, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
