Assignment Overview

We are looking for an available for a Principal IT Business Analyst

What You Will Work On

  • Advise on optimal digital and IT solutions for transformation initiatives.
  • Bridge business needs and IT capabilities in large-scale digital programs.
  • Support digital product development from business perspective.
  • Drive requirement analysis and solution definition at enterprise level.
  • Ensure transformation initiatives are structured, efficient, and value driven.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across business, IT, and leadership.

What You Bring

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in IT Business Analysis.
  • Strong experience within digital transformation programs.
  • Ability to operate at strategic and advisory level.
  • Experience working in large enterprise or automotive environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to translate business strategy into digital/IT solutions.
