Job Description

Assignment Overview

We are seeking an experienced RF Engineer

What You Will Work On

  • Design and development of RF electronics and radio systems.
  • Antenna design, optimization, and integration into product platforms.
  • Testing and validation of RF performance parameters.
  • Troubleshooting and performance tuning of radio solutions.
  • Industrialization of RF designs for scalable manufacturing.
  • Ensuring robustness and manufacturability for volume production.
  • Supporting the transition from prototype to serial production.

What You Bring

  • Proven experience in RF design and development.
  • Hands-on experience in antenna construction and integration.
  • Experience testing and verifying radio systems.
  • Understanding of production processes for RF hardware.
  • Experience from smaller tech companies or startup environments is highly meritorious.
  • Structured, solution-oriented, and comfortable with lab-based hands-on work.
