Job Description
Assignment Overview
We are looking for a Senior Product Owner
What you will work on
- Holding full product ownership of assigned aftermarket applications, including roadmap and lifecycle management
- Managing and prioritizing the product backlog, ensuring alignment with roadmap and business priorities
- Maintaining close relationships with stakeholders, workshop super users, and support functions
- Leading sprint planning and release coordination aligned with delivery schedules
- Ensuring user needs are clearly understood and reflected in product direction and priorities
- Acting as the primary interface with external system suppliers
- Ensuring stability, performance, and long-term sustainability of applications
- Ensuring alignment between aftermarket applications and the broader Lynk & Co system landscape and integrations
- Supporting testing, installation, and configuration of the in-car digital user manual
- Defining and governing frameworks and processes for system access management
- Acting as Epic Owner for larger development initiatives
What you bring
- Minimum 10+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in complex system environments
- Extensive experience working with automotive aftermarket systems and workshop operations
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product development lifecycle
- Experience working with backlog management tools such as Azure DevOps
- Experience collaborating with external software suppliers and distributed development teams
- Strong understanding of system integrations, APIs, and data flows
- Knowledge of vehicle diagnostics, DTC management, ECU architecture, and software update processes within aftermarket environments
- Technical understanding of Android-based in-car applications, ECU deployment, and cloud-based distribution models
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Deep understanding of Lynk & Co’s business model and ecosystem
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements related to automotive data and RMI
- Previous experience working with the Lynk & Co Workshop System portfolio is considered an advantage
