Assignment Overview
We are looking for an Industrial IoT Specialist
What you will work on
- Developing advanced analytics and machine learning models to identify trends and forecast performance
- Building and maintaining data pipelines, models, and Power BI dashboards
- Delivering real-time operational insights through data visualization
- Conducting business process analysis and identifying improvement opportunities
- Defining and tracking KPIs for digital and analytics initiatives
- Translating complex data into clear, actionable insights for decision-makers
- Ensuring data quality, governance, and best practices
- Collaborating with operations, supply chain, and IT teams
- Supporting colleagues through training, coaching, and knowledge sharing
- Driving AI and automation initiatives within operations
What you bring
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or similar
- At least 3+ years of experience in data analytics or business analysis
- Strong skills in SQL, Python, Databricks, and Power BI
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML models and predictive analytics
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to translate data into business insights and recommendations
- Experience working with data pipelines and large datasets
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Experience with industrial, manufacturing, or IoT environments is a plus
- Experience with similar industrial data platforms and system landscapes is a plus
- Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written)
