SAP S/4HANA Workstream Lead - 16849 - Solna, Sweden

Assignment Description:
We are looking for an experienced Workstream Lead

What You Will Work On:

Lead delivery of the Supply Chain Planning workstream within Plan to Fulfill
Ensure end-to-end supply chain planning processes and system integrations
Coordinate with other workstreams such as logistics, warehouse, finance, and procurement
Collaborate with implementation partners and external vendors
Identify and resolve process and system gaps
Manage planning, resource allocation, and follow-up within the workstream
Drive stakeholder alignment and decision-making processes
Support change management, cutover, and hypercare activities
Act as an ambassador for the new solution within the organization

What You Bring:

Proven experience leading complex projects or workstreams in supply chain planning
Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes (sales, production, procurement, finance)
Experience with SAP implementations, especially S/4HANA
Experience with SAP IBP and/or PPDS
Experience in business and system transformation projects
Knowledge of ERP integrations
Experience with structured project methodologies (e.g., SAP Activate)
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
