Assignment Description

We are looking for a Senior IT Consultant

What You Will Work On

  • Drive analysis and improvement initiatives within Workplace (devices and licenses)
  • Collaborate closely with IT Service Manager Workplace and key stakeholders
  • Assess current state and identify optimization opportunities
  • Gather and structure business and technical requirements
  • Evaluate existing solutions and alternative approaches
  • Plan and execute Proof of Concepts (POCs)
  • Develop decision materials and business cases
  • Contribute to procurement and sourcing documentation
  • Ensure progress and alignment throughout the decision-making process

What You Bring

  • Proven experience in Workplace / Client Management in large organizations
  • Strong expertise in end-user hardware and lifecycle management
  • Experience with license management and optimization (e.g., Microsoft licensing)
  • Experience driving analysis, POCs, and decision-making processes
  • Ability to independently lead work and coordinate multiple stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and structured approach
  • Strong communication skills in Swedish and English
