Assignment Description

We are looking for a Cybersecurity Consultant

What You Will Work On

Drive execution of cybersecurity directives across industrial sites
Support planning, implementation, maintenance, and improvement of security controls and policies
Communicate and prioritize actionable tasks based on risk analyses and regulatory requirements
Facilitate workshops and support local teams in cybersecurity implementation
Maintain and standardize templates, compliance artifacts, and audit documentation
Define and clarify RACI roles across functions (IT, Maintenance, Automation, etc.)
Perform follow-ups on security baselines, vulnerabilities, and architecture requirements
Support supplier/site onboarding and capability development in cybersecurity
Contribute to continuous improvement of cybersecurity processes and practices
Collaborate with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams

What You Bring

12+ years of experience in cybersecurity, IT/OT security, or related domains
Strong experience in industrial cybersecurity and IoT environments
Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and security standards (NIS2, R155, NIST, ISO 27001)
Experience with risk-based compliance and management systems
Ability to coordinate across multiple domains and stakeholders
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Experience supporting implementation and follow-up of security measures
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Proactive, hands-on, and collaborative mindset
