Assignment Description
We are looking for an experienced Test Developer
What You Will Work On
- Design and implement performance testing strategies for complex systems
- Develop and execute system-wide performance tests
- Build and implement observability solutions (metrics, logs, tracing)
- Set up and maintain dashboards, alerts, and monitoring tools
- Analyze test and production data to identify bottlenecks and performance issues
- Conduct targeted performance testing and optimization activities
- Contribute to data-driven decision-making for system quality and stability
- Collaborate closely with development teams in Agile environments
- Produce reports and recommendations based on test results
- Support the team in establishing best practices in observability and performance engineering
What You Bring
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in performance testing within complex environments
- Strong experience in planning and executing system-level performance tests
- Experience with Locust (or similar performance testing tools)
- Hands-on experience with observability and monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry)
- Experience implementing metrics, logs, and tracing in applications
- Strong ability to analyze performance data from both testing and production
- Experience working closely with development teams in Agile environments
- Ability to implement solutions through code or configuration
- Experience creating reports and actionable insights from test results
