Assignment Description

We are looking for an experienced Interim IT Operations Manager

What You Will Work On

Lead and develop the IT operations team, driving continuous improvement initiatives
Take full responsibility for team performance, budget, and work environment
Develop and modernize the existing IT environment
Lead implementation of new systems and infrastructure solutions
Manage and follow up on IT infrastructure projects
Support IT-related components in broader business projects
Collaborate with other IT functions to ensure cohesive and efficient service delivery
Drive operational excellence and ensure high availability and performance

What You Bring

Several years of experience in IT operations and infrastructure
Post-secondary education in IT or equivalent practical experience
Strong technical understanding of IT environments, including networks, servers, backups, and lifecycle management
Proven leadership experience with responsibility for teams and delivery
Experience managing budgets and operational responsibilities
Fluent in Swedish and English
Structured, proactive, and change-oriented leadership style
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Strong interest in developing both people and technical solutions
