Assignment Description

We are looking for an IT Technician

What You Will Work On

  • Maintain and support network operations in production environments (LAN/WLAN)
  • Perform installation, rack mounting, and replacement of network equipment
  • Troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues on-site
  • Support incident and change management processes
  • Collaborate with monitoring teams, network engineers, and architects
  • Participate in infrastructure upgrades and modernization initiatives
  • Assist in inventory management and reduction of technical debt
  • Ensure stable and efficient network performance across sites

What You Bring

  • Experience working with network operations in production environments (LAN/WLAN)
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for network-related issues
  • Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow
  • Hands-on experience installing and replacing network hardware
  • Knowledge of networking protocols such as TCP/IP, VLAN, DNS, and DHCP
  • Valid driver’s license (Category B)
  • Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
