Assignment Description

We are currently looking for a Supplier Quality Engineer

What You Will Work On

  • Maintain continuous communication with suppliers and provide feedback based on deviations from production or customer reports
  • Define and follow up on both short- and long-term corrective actions
  • Review and monitor 8D reports
  • Drive improvement initiatives with suppliers focusing on quality and cost efficiency
  • Participate in production and supply chain-related projects
  • Support supplier evaluations and drive action plans (e.g., PPM reduction)
  • Conduct supplier audits on a regular basis

What You Bring

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Supplier Quality Engineer or similar role
  • Strong technical understanding (e.g., engines, gear systems, or cabling/wiring harnesses)
  • Experience with process audits and working according to ISO 9001
  • Good knowledge of PPAP, FMEA, and control plans
  • Experience working with SAP
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional and international environment
  • Proactive and structured approach with focus on improvements
  • Fluent in English and good understanding of Swedish
