Assignment Description
We are looking for a Trading Systems Consultant
What You Will Work On
- Lead and manage operations and maintenance of trading systems
- Coordinate with internal IT teams regarding infrastructure, capacity, and production deployments
- Handle incident, problem, change, and release management processes (ITIL-based)
- Ensure system stability, performance, and availability
- Collaborate with trading teams, developers, and business stakeholders
- Drive improvements in processes, workflows, and system performance
- Monitor and follow up on operational activities and deliverables
- Support agile ways of working and cross-team collaboration
What You Bring
- Academic degree or equivalent professional experience
- Proven experience in leading roles within operations and maintenance of trading or financial systems
- Experience collaborating with IT infrastructure teams (servers, deployments, environments)
- Strong knowledge of ITIL processes (incident, change, and release management)
- Experience with trading systems such as Abasec, ProBroker, Infront, Millistream, or similar
- Experience working in agile environments
- Leadership skills with ability to coordinate teams and drive activities
- Strong understanding of business needs and how IT systems support trading operations
- Proactive, independent, and accountable mindset
- Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English
