Assignment Description
We are seeking three Senior Backend Developers
What You Will Work On
- Develop and maintain backend services using Java and Spring Boot
- Design and implement batch and ETL workflows (Spring Batch, Apache Camel)
- Work with relational databases (MSSQL), including queries and stored procedures
- Build integrations using Kafka, REST APIs, and legacy/mainframe interfaces
- Contribute to modernization efforts, including migration to Kubernetes-based platforms
- Ensure performance, scalability, and reliability of backend systems
- Participate in CI/CD processes and deployment pipelines
- Implement security practices such as authentication, authorization, and audit logging
- Monitor and troubleshoot systems using observability tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile (SAFe) environment
What You Bring
- 8–10+ years of experience in backend software development
- Strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot
- Experience working with databases (MSSQL, JPA, stored procedures)
- Hands-on experience with Kafka and event-driven architectures
- Experience with Spring Batch (for one of the roles)
- Familiarity with containerized platforms (Kubernetes, Linux)
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Bitbucket, Jenkins, Artifactory)
- Knowledge of security mechanisms such as JWT and audit logging
- Experience working in agile frameworks (SAFe or similar)
- Ability to work independently after onboarding and collaborate effectively in teams
