Assignment Description
We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Solution Architect to join a large-scale S/4HANA greenfield transformation program.
What You Will Work On
- Lead solution architecture and design for SAP FICO within an S/4HANA greenfield transformation
- Design and implement scalable and integrated SAP finance solutions
- Support end-to-end finance transformation initiatives across global operations
- Gather business requirements and perform fit-gap analyses
- Configure and optimize SAP FI and CO processes
- Support testing, cutover planning, training, and go-live activities
- Ensure integration between SAP and legacy/non-SAP systems
- Drive process improvements and finance system modernization initiatives
- Collaborate with finance, business, and technical stakeholders
- Support governance, architecture standards, and best practices
- Mentor junior consultants and support knowledge-sharing initiatives
- Contribute to Agile delivery and transformation methodologies
What You Bring
- 10+ years of SAP FICO experience
- Minimum 5+ years working as a Solution Architect
- Proven experience from at least two full-cycle SAP implementations
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA transformations (greenfield experience preferred)
- Deep expertise within SAP FI and SAP CO modules
- Strong understanding of SAP integrations with external and non-SAP systems
- Experience with financial processes, configuration, and enterprise architecture
- Experience working within automotive or manufacturing industries is highly beneficial
- Familiarity with Central Finance, VIM, Blackline, SAC, and SAP Activate is advantageous
- Agile mindset with experience using tools such as JIRA
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- SAP certifications are considered a strong advantage
- Ability to work across both strategic and hands-on technical activities
