Assignment Description
We are looking for a senior Marketing & Communication Specialist to support strategic marketing and communication activities within a global Medium Gas Turbine (MGT) aftermarket organization.
What You Will Work On
- Define and drive long-term strategic marketing plans aligned with the MGT business strategy
- Develop and lead messaging strategies for global markets and customer segments
- Create and maintain go-to-market concepts together with sales teams, commercialization managers, and R&D stakeholders
- Benchmark industry best practices and competitor marketing approaches
- Ensure alignment between product line marketing and corporate communication standards
- Support implementation of AI-supported and automated marketing methods
- Promote knowledge sharing and collaboration across global marketing teams
- Coordinate development of marketing materials and media assets
- Support communication activities related to product launches and campaigns
- Manage content, documentation, and approval workflows across digital platforms and portals
- Support event coordination, user conferences, training activities, and marketing logistics
- Contribute to customer engagement and communication initiatives throughout the product lifecycle
What You Bring
- Senior-level experience within marketing and communication roles
- Excellent communication and professional writing skills in English
- Experience developing strategic marketing plans and go-to-market strategies
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience working with sales organizations, product marketing, and corporate communication teams
- Ability to work effectively within international and multicultural environments
- Experience benchmarking market trends and competitor strategies
- Understanding of AI-supported and automated marketing methodologies
- Strong organizational, coordination, and project management capabilities
- Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution
- Experience from industrial, energy, engineering, or technical B2B industries is highly beneficial
- Swedish language skills are considered an advantage
