Assignment Description
We are looking for an Operations Manager / Account Coordinator
What You Will Work On
- Coordinate operational processes across multiple teams and stakeholders
- Support stable operations, quality assurance, and compliance activities
- Manage manual review processes for complex operational cases
- Handle exception management and escalation workflows
- Coordinate ownership and responsibilities across cross-functional teams
- Support appeals processes and follow-up of operational decisions
- Ensure required human involvement in blocking and rejection decisions
- Work with AI-supported operational processes and governance flows
- Improve operational efficiency, scalability, and process quality
- Contribute to structured process management and operational clarity
- Collaborate with technical, operational, legal, and business stakeholders
- Support continuous improvement of platform operations and governance models
What You Bring
- Experience working with operational coordination and process management in complex organizations
- Strong experience collaborating across multiple teams and stakeholders
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Ability to manage sensitive or complex operational decisions in a structured manner
- Experience creating clarity, ownership, and accountability within environments with many dependencies
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Ability to balance collaboration with independent responsibility
- Understanding of AI-automated operational processes and where human review remains necessary
- Structured, detail-oriented, and solution-focused working approach
- Ability to operate effectively within dynamic and evolving environments
