Assignment Description
We are looking for a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer
What You Will Work On
- Finalize mechanical designs and detailed product constructions
- Create drawings, technical documentation, and production documentation
- Work with DFM/DFA principles and production adaptation
- Ensure designs are optimized for serial production and manufacturability
- Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturing partners
- Evaluate prototypes and production documentation
- Participate in verification, testing, and industrialization activities
- Support selection of manufacturing methods, materials, and components
- Drive technical decisions throughout the development process
- Contribute to product improvements and production readiness
- Work closely with development, production, and operational stakeholders
What You Bring
- Several years of experience as a Mechanical Design Engineer within product development
- Proven experience taking products from prototype stage to commercial production
- Strong ability to work independently and drive technical activities forward
- Good understanding of production, manufacturing, and industrialization processes
- Experience working in smaller companies or agile development environments
- Strong technical problem-solving and analytical capabilities
- Ability to balance design requirements with manufacturability and production efficiency
- Comfortable working in hands-on and fast-paced engineering environments
