Assignment Description
We are currently looking for a Senior Test Lead for a strategic ERP transformation program focused on the implementation of a new SAP S/4HANA-based platform.
What You Will Work On
- Develop and maintain test strategies, test plans, and testing approaches for ERP transformation activities
- Coordinate and lead testing activities throughout different project and test phases
- Lead and support teams of testers within complex enterprise environments
- Drive test execution activities and ensure alignment across business and technical teams
- Monitor test progress, risks, quality metrics, and deviations
- Manage and coordinate defect and incident management processes
- Ensure defects are documented, tracked, prioritized, and resolved together with implementation partners and development teams
- Communicate testing progress, risks, and status updates to relevant stakeholders
- Support communication, onboarding, and training activities related to testing processes
- Collaborate closely with the central Test Manager and other Test Leads within the Test CoE
- Contribute to continuous improvement of testing methodologies, governance, and quality assurance processes
What You Bring
- Documented test management certification such as ISTQB or equivalent
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree within a relevant field is preferred
- Proven experience leading testing activities within large and complex transformation programs
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and modern testing methodologies
- Experience working with agile testing and delivery models is considered beneficial
- Strong understanding of end-to-end test data quality management
- Extensive experience working with large-scale global ERP systems and enterprise processes
- Experience with SAP implementations is considered highly beneficial
- System implementation experience is required
- Experience from the process industry is considered advantageous
- Excellent documentation skills with ability to produce clear and structured test documentation
- Strong test management capabilities including prioritization, planning, and deadline management
- Experience working with enterprise-level test management tools
- Fluent communication skills in both Swedish and English, spoken and written
