Assignment Description
We are currently looking for a Product Owner for an assignment within a modern digital product organization focused on customer and operations-related digital services.
What You Will Work On
- Define and maintain product strategy and roadmap for digital customer and operations domains
- Engage stakeholders to align business goals, user needs, and delivery priorities
- Facilitate forums, meetings, and communication channels for demand management
- Capture, analyze, and prioritize stakeholder requirements
- Lead product discovery activities and problem definition initiatives
- Coordinate research activities and evaluate insights and outcomes
- Define clear problem statements and product opportunities together with teams
- Work continuously with development teams to refine and prioritize epics and product initiatives
- Ensure alignment and dependency management across teams and platforms
- Monitor product performance using analytics and user feedback
- Support budget planning and cost-conscious product decisions
- Drive continuous product improvements and value realization
What You Bring
- Proven experience in product management within digital product organizations or similar environments
- Experience working data-driven using analytics, product insights, and user research
- Experience working with Agile product development across one or multiple development teams
- Strong understanding of digital product lifecycle and product delivery
- Experience working in complex environments with multiple systems and stakeholders
- Proven stakeholder management and alignment capabilities
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to prioritize and balance competing business and customer needs
- Experience driving collaboration across business and technology teams
- Ability to independently lead initiatives and create product outcomes
