Assignment Description
We are currently looking for a Senior Release Lead / Project Manager for a strategic SAP transformation program within the manufacturing industry.
What You Will Work On
- Lead delivery of SAP template rollout projects and related release activities
- Act as a key contributor within program leadership to establish rollout governance and operating models
- Drive planning and execution of upcoming go-live activities
- Coordinate business-specific implementation activities across the SAP program
- Monitor delivery progress and consolidate reporting across workstreams
- Manage issues impacting scope, quality, schedule, budget, and resources
- Coordinate dependencies and ensure alignment across teams and stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and external implementation partners
- Support program and portfolio planning activities
- Drive structured communication and decision-making across the transformation program
- Ensure successful implementation execution and transition readiness
What You Bring
- Academic degree within Business Administration, Logistics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline
- Proven experience leading complex SAP-based business transformation initiatives
- Strong experience in program leadership and portfolio planning across business and technology domains
- Experience delivering ERP implementation projects and understanding organizational change impacts
- Strong project planning experience across multiple delivery methodologies
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Excel, Microsoft Project, and related project management tools
- Strong understanding of release planning and enterprise delivery coordination
- Professional proficiency in English
- Good communication skills in Swedish
- Ability to manage complexity across multiple stakeholders and parallel initiatives
