Assignment Description
We are currently looking for a Technical Project Manager
What You Will Work On
- Lead and coordinate technical delivery within complex gas turbine projects
- Drive technical project management activities across multidisciplinary engineering teams
- Ensure implementation of technical and contractual requirements
- Coordinate engineering work across electrical, control, mechanical, and process disciplines
- Manage technical issues, risks, and engineering change activities
- Monitor project progress and secure delivery according to scope, schedule, and quality targets
- Support decision-making through technical analysis and structured project governance
- Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders throughout project execution
- Represent the organization in technical discussions and project forums
- Drive continuous alignment between business goals and technical execution
- Ensure efficient communication and coordination across project functions
What You Bring
- University degree in Engineering from a technical university or equivalent institution
- Minimum 4 years of relevant professional experience within technical projects
- Experience in technical project management or leading technical roles
- Strong ability to independently manage multiple parallel activities and priorities
- Ability to combine technical expertise with business and delivery focus
- Experience driving technical topics and coordinating cross-functional execution
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across multiple organizational levels
- Structured and proactive working style with strong ownership mindset
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing project conditions and requirements
- Professional proficiency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
- Experience from the energy sector is considered highly beneficial
