Assignment Description
We are currently looking for an Assignment Manager / Project Manager
What You Will Work On
- Lead cross-functional assignments related to bus chassis development and field quality
- Coordinate activities across engineering, production, procurement, suppliers, and business stakeholders
- Drive project execution and ensure delivery according to agreed objectives and timelines
- Facilitate root cause analysis and support structured problem-solving activities
- Ensure implementation and follow-up of corrective and preventive actions
- Support field quality initiatives and customer-related market actions when required
- Develop and lead project teams toward successful delivery outcomes
- Track progress, manage risks, and escalate issues proactively
- Coordinate introduction and implementation of developed solutions
- Contribute to continuous improvements in processes, tools, and operational efficiency
- Support initiatives aimed at reducing lead times and improving ways of working
What You Bring
- MSc or BSc degree with 4–6 years of experience within product development and project delivery
- Experience working as a Project Manager, Assignment Manager, or similar leadership role
- Experience coordinating and driving cross-functional teams and initiatives
- Understanding of product development processes and structured project execution
- Experience facilitating root cause analysis and driving implementation of solutions
- Strong planning, prioritization, and follow-up capabilities
- Ability to manage stakeholders across engineering, operations, suppliers, and business functions
- Structured, proactive, and delivery-oriented approach to work
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with the confidence to challenge and drive progress when needed
- Ability to work independently and maintain momentum in dynamic environments
- Professional proficiency in English (spoken and written)
- Swedish language skills and project management education/certification are considered advantageous
