Assignment Description

We are currently looking for a Process Owner / Technical System Owner (TSO) User Journey Owner

What You Will Work On

Drive the development and evolution of the TSO user journey and roadmap
Structure and improve system ownership practices across the organization
Map and analyze system landscapes, ownership structures, and meta-model relationships
Collaborate closely with TSOs, VFOs, architecture teams, and additional stakeholders
Consolidate input from multiple teams into scalable governance models and ways of working
Collect, analyze, and address stakeholder concerns and organizational feedback
Develop governance frameworks, practical instructions, and supporting documentation
Ensure alignment and effective communication across business and technical functions
Drive implementation and adoption of decisions and governance structures
Support continuous improvement initiatives related to ownership and operating models
Create clarity and structure within a dynamic and evolving environment

What You Bring

Proven hands-on experience working as a Technical System Owner (TSO) (mandatory requirement)
Strong understanding of system ownership models and governance structures
Experience working with complex system landscapes and organizational structures
Proven experience operating in large and complex organizations
Strong ability to coordinate and align stakeholders across multiple domains and functions
Experience transforming complexity into structured and practical ways of working
Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities
Strong analytical and structured approach with the ability to establish clarity and direction
Proactive and action-oriented mindset with ability to drive implementation and progress
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Comfortable operating in environments with evolving priorities and changing conditions
