Assignment Description
We are currently looking for an experienced IT Service Manager
What You Will Work On
- Lead and govern IT services related to Identity and Access Management (IAM)
- Ensure service delivery aligns with security, compliance, and business requirements
- Manage and follow up supplier performance and contractual commitments
- Monitor and improve SLAs, KPIs, and service quality metrics
- Coordinate service lifecycle activities and operational governance processes
- Support identity lifecycle processes and access governance initiatives
- Contribute to service improvement and transformation activities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners
- Drive structured problem resolution and continuous optimization
- Support implementation of governance models and operational standards
- Facilitate alignment across multiple dependencies in a complex environment
What You Bring
- Several years of experience working as an IT Service Manager, IT Service Lead, or Service Manager
- Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) including:
- Identity lifecycle management
- Authorization governance
- Access control principles
- Experience working with ITSM and ITIL frameworks
- Experience with supplier governance and SLA follow-up
- Ability to work in complex environments with multiple stakeholders and dependencies
- Strong structured and process-oriented way of working
- Ability to balance operational execution with strategic service development
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities
- Confidence to challenge both business and suppliers in a constructive way
- Ability to drive initiatives independently and create momentum across teams
