Assignment Description

We are currently looking for a Production Technician – Assembly

What You Will Work On

  • Drive and support continuous improvement initiatives within the assembly area
  • Contribute to strategic and operational production development activities
  • Prevent, monitor, and follow up on safety incidents and compliance requirements
  • Ensure a safe and sustainable working environment
  • Improve efficiency and production performance through OEE-focused initiatives
  • Implement and monitor actions to improve equipment availability, quality, and productivity
  • Support process quality assurance and operational stability
  • Reduce planned and unplanned production downtime
  • Analyze production costs and identify optimization and savings opportunities
  • Develop and maintain production standards and work instructions
  • Drive initiatives to reduce waste and improve resource utilization
  • Collaborate across production, engineering, and support functions to strengthen operational performance

What You Bring

  • Post-secondary education, preferably an Engineering degree or equivalent technical background
  • Training and/or practical experience with Lean methodologies and tools such as:
    • 5S
    • VSM (Value Stream Mapping)
    • Kaizen
    • SMED
    • Poka Yoke
  • Strong understanding of OEE systems and production performance measurement
  • Experience working in project-based production improvement initiatives
  • Minimum 5 years of experience within production environments
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical or leadership-oriented role
  • Basic understanding of automation and its impact on efficient production
  • Strong analytical and results-oriented mindset
  • Ability to make informed decisions in dynamic production environments
  • Experience leading improvement initiatives and driving sustainable operational change
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across multiple functions
  • Good systems understanding and ability to see connections across machines, processes, and production flows
  • Understanding of how production processes influence product function, design, and sustainability
  • Curiosity, development mindset, and commitment to continuous improvement
  • Professional proficiency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
