Assignment Description
We are currently looking for a highly experienced Senior MES Consultant
What You Will Work On
- Lead implementation and continuous development of a new MES landscape
- Define and drive roadmap, priorities, and execution planning
- Translate operational and production requirements into technical solutions
- Coordinate activities across production, automation, IT, and supplier teams
- Support integration between manufacturing, enterprise, and operational systems
- Drive project governance and stakeholder alignment
- Improve manufacturing information flows and operational visibility
- Ensure successful implementation of production-near digital solutions
- Support process standardization and operational optimization initiatives
- Facilitate decision-making across technical and business stakeholders
- Manage dependencies and maintain delivery momentum across initiatives
- Contribute to long-term manufacturing digitalization strategies
What You Bring
- Extensive experience working with MES platforms in manufacturing environments
- Proven track record delivering large-scale production system implementations
- Strong understanding of manufacturing information flows and operational processes
- Experience integrating MES with ERP, WMS, and production systems
- Strong knowledge of ISA-95 principles and manufacturing architectures
- Experience leading projects and coordinating multiple stakeholders
- Ability to drive requirements, planning, and implementation activities
- Strong business understanding combined with technical execution capability
- Experience operating in complex production environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Professional proficiency in Swedish and English
