Assignment Description
We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Backend Developer
What You Will Work On
- Design, develop, and operate scalable backend services in Java
- Develop backend systems, APIs, and data models within modern cloud environments
- Build and improve distributed backend architectures and cloud-native services
- Enhance data pipelines supporting experimentation and machine learning workflows
- Contribute to architecture decisions related to scalability, performance, and reliability
- Develop and maintain APIs and integrations for high-traffic systems
- Support observability, monitoring, and operational stability of backend platforms
- Collaborate closely with product owners and cross-functional development teams
- Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Contribute to scalable experimentation and analytics platform capabilities
- Ensure backend solutions meet high standards for maintainability and operational excellence
- Support data-intensive and analytics-driven product development initiatives
What You Bring
- Minimum 5 years of experience in backend development using Java
- Strong experience working with large-scale distributed systems
- Experience with cloud-native development in GCP or AWS environments
- Strong understanding of scalable backend architectures and API design
- Experience operating and optimizing high-traffic backend services
- Understanding of observability, monitoring, performance, and operational reliability
- Ability to take ownership from idea through implementation and delivery
- Experience working effectively within cross-functional development teams
- Curious, collaborative, and continuously learning mindset
- Strong communication and technical collaboration skills
