Assignment Description
We are currently looking for an experienced Epic Owner
What You Will Work On
- Drive and coordinate a strategic Backup & Recovery and cybersecurity transformation initiative
- Plan, manage, and follow up on activities, milestones, and deliveries
- Coordinate collaboration between IT security, infrastructure teams, architects, technical specialists, and external vendors
- Manage risks, dependencies, priorities, and escalations across multiple workstreams
- Lead design, architecture, and technical workshops
- Coordinate testing activities and verification of recovery capabilities for critical systems
- Support transition and handover activities to operational management teams
- Ensure solutions align with technical, operational, and regulatory requirements
- Drive structure, progress, and clarity within complex transformation initiatives
- Provide status updates, recommendations, and decision support to stakeholders and leadership
What You Bring
- Previous experience implementing technical solutions in complex IT environments
- Strong experience planning, coordinating, and driving large epics, programs, or transformation initiatives
- Ability to analyze requirements, risks, dependencies, and delivery impacts
- Experience coordinating multiple technical teams and external suppliers
- Good understanding of IT infrastructure, Backup & Recovery, and cybersecurity-related initiatives
- Experience working within regulated environments or organizations with high security requirements is considered an advantage
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive initiatives forward
- Structured, organized, and results-oriented working style
- Strong analytical and solution-oriented mindset
- Experience navigating large organizations and managing complex stakeholder environments
- Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English, written and spoken
