Assignment Description
We are currently looking for a Robotics System Test Engineer
What You Will Work On
- Test complete systems including software, electronics, robotics, and automation applications
- Develop and execute system, integration, and application test activities
- Set up and configure robotic test cells and automation environments
- Program industrial robots and support validation activities
- Create, maintain, and execute test specifications and test procedures
- Coordinate communication and collaboration between multiple stakeholders
- Work closely with Global Solution Centers to define test configurations and validation requirements
- Support product owners regarding testing expectations, demonstrations, videos, and promotional material
- Analyze test results and identify opportunities for product quality improvements
- Drive process improvements within testing and development projects
- Support troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and issue resolution
- Ensure products meet functional, quality, and performance requirements before release
What You Bring
- Experience within software testing, system testing, or application validation
- Knowledge of industrial robotics and automation systems
- Experience with robot programming and robotic applications
- Hands-on experience with RAPID programming
- Knowledge of C# programming
- Understanding of robot systems, controllers, and electronics hardware
- Experience writing and executing test specifications and validation plans
- Strong understanding of quality assurance and testing methodologies
- Ability to work in structured and process-oriented development environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented approach
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with global teams
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
- Swedish language skills are highly desirable
