We are currently looking for an Automation Engineer
What You Will Work On
- Design and develop automation solutions for packaging equipment and industrial systems
- Perform system analysis and automation engineering activities
- Develop, modify, and maintain PLC programs
- Create and adapt HMI solutions based on customer and project requirements
- Configure and support database integrations related to automation systems
- Participate in testing, validation, and commissioning activities
- Troubleshoot automation systems and provide technical support
- Collaborate closely with process engineers and cross-functional teams
- Deliver automation training and technical guidance to customers
- Contribute to agile development and Scrum-based project execution
- Support continuous improvement of automation processes and solutions
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Automation Engineering or a related field
- Experience throughout the automation development lifecycle, including documentation, development, testing, and commissioning
- Strong experience with PLC programming
- Experience working in larger industrial organizations or global companies
- Ability to analyze technical requirements and design automation solutions
- Experience working with industrial control systems and automation platforms
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams
- Fluent Swedish and English, both written and spoken
