Assignment Description
We are seeking a CAE Safety Engineer
What You Will Work On
- Create, develop, and maintain CAE simulation models for vehicle safety analysis
- Perform crash simulations and evaluate vehicle safety performance
- Analyze and interpret results from both virtual and physical testing activities
- Support development and optimization of technical solutions related to vehicle safety
- Develop and improve numerical simulation methods and workflows
- Identify design improvements based on simulation results and engineering analysis
- Collaborate with design, testing, and vehicle development teams
- Document simulation methodologies, results, and recommendations
- Contribute to continuous improvement of CAE processes and engineering practices
- Support safety-related decision-making throughout the vehicle development process
What You Bring
- Master of Science (MSc) in Engineering or equivalent technical education
- Minimum 3 years of experience working with CAE tools and simulation environments
- Minimum 3 years of experience in crash and safety CAE analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Experience creating and evaluating simulation models for automotive applications
- Ability to interpret complex simulation results and translate findings into engineering recommendations
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken
- Structured and documentation-focused working style
- Self-driven, flexible, and results-oriented mindset
