We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer
What You Will Work On
- Design, develop, and maintain modern full-stack applications and platform services
- Build scalable, maintainable, and testable software solutions
- Use AI agents and AI-assisted development tools as an integrated part of daily development work
- Evaluate emerging AI tools, agent architectures, and engineering methodologies
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle from concept to production
- Design, implement, test, deploy, and maintain software solutions
- Contribute to next-generation video management platforms for cloud and on-premise environments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on architecture and technical decisions
- Share best practices, lessons learned, and AI engineering knowledge across the organization
- Drive innovation in AI-assisted software development processes
- Contribute to continuous improvement of engineering practices and development workflows
What You Bring
- Several years of professional software development experience
- Strong full-stack development expertise
- Experience with modern programming languages such as TypeScript, Go, Rust, or equivalent technologies
- Proven experience developing robust, maintainable, and testable software systems
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered software development tools
- Practical experience using agent-based development platforms and workflows
- Experience working across the complete software development lifecycle
- Ability to independently drive technical initiatives and make architecture decisions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Passion for innovation, automation, and modern software engineering practices
