Assignment Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager
What You Will Work On
- Lead end-to-end implementation of a new document and communication platform
- Define project plans, milestones, schedules, and delivery roadmaps
- Coordinate activities across business units, IT teams, and external suppliers
- Manage project risks, dependencies, budgets, and resource planning
- Drive organizational change management and transformation initiatives
- Support migration of existing systems, processes, and communication workflows
- Collaborate with system owners and business stakeholders
- Develop governance structures, communication plans, and implementation guidelines
- Ensure project delivery aligns with regulatory and compliance requirements
- Monitor project progress and report status to senior stakeholders
- Facilitate collaboration between technical and business teams
- Promote and support agile ways of working throughout the organization
- Coach teams on agile methodologies, collaboration models, and delivery practices
- Contribute to continuous improvement of project management and delivery processes
What You Bring
- Minimum 7 years of project management experience within complex IT environments
- Proven track record delivering large-scale implementation and transformation projects
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and stakeholder groups
- Strong understanding of project governance, risk management, and delivery management
- Experience working within agile organizations and delivery models
- Knowledge of change management and organizational transformation practices
- Experience managing relationships with external vendors and implementation partners
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to create structure and clarity in complex environments
- Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities
- Experience managing multiple dependencies and competing priorities
