Assignment Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Business Analyst
What You Will Work On
- Lead and coordinate requirements management activities for IT initiatives
- Gather, analyze, validate, and document business requirements
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications
- Facilitate collaboration between business stakeholders and IT teams
- Support the design and implementation of cross-functional IT solutions
- Work closely with engineering, R&D, and product development teams
- Drive workshops, requirement sessions, and stakeholder meetings
- Define and improve requirements management processes and methodologies
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities
- Ensure delivered solutions align with business objectives and user expectations
- Coordinate requirements-related activities across multiple teams and regions
- Contribute to process improvements and digital transformation initiatives
- Ensure compliance with established standards, governance, and best practices
- Support successful project and product deliveries throughout the lifecycle
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
- Extensive experience in Business Analysis, System Analysis, or IT project delivery
- Strong experience gathering and managing complex business requirements
- Proven ability to lead and mentor Business Analysts
- Experience working within global and multicultural environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience facilitating workshops and requirements discussions
- Knowledge of business process modeling techniques
- Familiarity with requirements management methodologies and tools
- Understanding of Agile development and delivery frameworks
- Basic understanding of IT systems, databases, and integration concepts
- Ability to balance business needs with technical constraints
