Assignment Description
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager
What You Will Work On
- Lead a major AMLR regulatory transformation initiative
- Establish project governance, delivery structure, and execution plans
- Develop and maintain project roadmaps, timelines, and milestones
- Manage project scope, resources, budgets, risks, and dependencies
- Coordinate multiple project workstreams and stakeholder groups
- Ensure compliance with AML regulations and internal governance requirements
- Collaborate closely with business, compliance, legal, and technology teams
- Drive decision-making processes and steering committee activities
- Monitor project progress and provide executive-level reporting
- Facilitate communication between business, IT, legal, and external stakeholders
- Ensure quality assurance and successful delivery of project outcomes
- Document key project decisions, risks, milestones, and achievements
- Support organizational readiness and change management activities
- Contribute to the implementation of sustainable compliance processes and solutions
What You Bring
- Extensive experience managing large and complex projects within banking, finance, or other regulated industries
- Proven experience leading regulatory, compliance, or AML-related initiatives
- Strong experience managing projects with significant IT development components
- Experience working at the intersection of business, legal, compliance, and technology functions
- Strong project governance, planning, and delivery management capabilities
- Experience managing project risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate multiple workstreams
- Strong communication and executive stakeholder management skills
- Experience delivering projects in highly regulated environments
- Ability to balance regulatory requirements with business objectives and technology constraints
