Assignment Description

We are seeking a Senior Requirements Analyst

What You Will Work On

Lead requirements gathering and analysis activities across transformation initiatives
Map, document, and optimize business processes
Facilitate workshops with business and technical stakeholders
Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements
Create and maintain process models using BPMN
Break down requirements into epics, features, and user stories
Ensure traceability throughout the software development lifecycle
Collaborate with architects, developers, testers, and business representatives
Identify process improvement opportunities and support future-state design
Validate requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives
Support solution design and implementation activities
Drive stakeholder alignment and decision-making processes
Maintain high-quality requirements documentation and governance

What You Bring

8–10+ years of experience as a Requirements Analyst, Business Analyst, or Requirements Specialist
Extensive experience with requirements management as a primary responsibility
Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
Strong experience working in complex IT environments with multiple integrations and dependencies
Experience conducting business process mapping and process improvement initiatives
Strong BPMN modeling expertise
Experience facilitating workshops and stakeholder sessions
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and requirements practices
Experience writing and managing user stories, epics, and functional requirements
Ability to work independently and drive initiatives forward
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
